Where do customers buy my products?
On your store. Driyu provides the QR and pet-safety platform. A product listing can link to your Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, or other storefront; the sale happens there.
What does a reseller subscription cover?
It provides a plan-based monthly allowance for generating new QR codes and access to reseller tools. It does not place an order for physical products. Generating codes in the app requires an active subscription and sufficient remaining quota.
How does the 30-day Pro benefit work?
The reseller program describes a 30-day Pro benefit for eligible customers. The app checks the partner promo code and prior redemption; actual access is granted through its redemption flow. Choosing a reseller plan here does not grant Pro. This benefit is separate from tag sponsorship and the standard plan trial.
Can I see pet owners’ personal information?
The inventory shows code status, batches, print tracking, and your own notes. It does not expose pet identities or owner contact information. Reseller analytics summarize activity; they do not open customer pet profiles.
Does printing a code activate it?
No. Printed is a separate tracking field. The pet owner activates a code through Driyu. Marking it as printed does not activate a pet profile or apply a promotion.
Can I publish a product on Driyu immediately?
Product listings require review. The sample does not publish a listing, register a business, or create reseller access. Check the program details and contact the team to confirm current availability and terms.
