Can I use Driyu before my tag arrives?
Yes. You can build your pet's full recovery profile the moment you order — add emergency contacts, care details, and photos. When your tag arrives, you simply scan it once to connect it to the profile you already built.
Is Driyu a GPS tracker?
No. Driyu is a recovery-first safety system, not a location tracker. There’s no always-on tracking and no surveillance feed. When someone finds your pet and scans the tag, they reach you directly with clear next steps — your home address is never shown.
Does the person who finds my pet need an app?
Never. Anyone can scan the tag with their phone camera — no install, no signup. They instantly see the recovery profile and the contact details you chose to make public.
What can I keep private?
Everything is per-field. Phone, email, city, state, and emergency contacts each have their own switch. A field that’s off never appears on the recovery page — not blurred, not “request access.” It’s simply not there.
What does the AI assistant do?
Ask Driyu drafts care notes and answers general pet-health questions — but you review and approve every draft before anything is saved. It assists you; it never decides for you.
