Driyu offers Free, Pro, and Founder plans. Paid plans include a 14-day trial. This page exists so you can see, in plain language, what Driyu does and what it does not claim.

  • Founder-led. Built by a founder. Hands-on, accountable.

  • Privacy-first recovery. Your address is never shown to a scanner. You control phone, email, city, state, and emergency contacts as 5 independent toggles.

  • Recovery pages are private to scanners only. Search engines never index your pet's recovery page. (Closed F-IDX-01 in production.)

  • Not a tracker, not a diagnoser. Driyu is not GPS. Driyu does not diagnose your pet or replace veterinary care.

Your privacy controls

When someone scans your pet's tag, they see your pet's recovery page. You control which contact details appear there: phone, email, city, state, and emergency contacts each have their own privacy setting in your account. You can change any of these at any time from your pet's settings.

STS Governance Policy

STS (Seconds-to-Scan) is Driyu’s primary reliability KPI. All infrastructure changes are measured against STS impact before deployment. If median latency degrades beyond internal thresholds, releases can be rolled back to protect stable availability during recovery moments.

Core recovery infrastructure is designed for high availability. We prioritize system stability over feature velocity to keep critical alerts routable.

Security by Design

Pet and owner data are protected using AES-256 encryption at rest. Administrative environments are isolated from production user environments.

We publish reliability updates and incident response summaries so owners and partners can understand platform health.
