Emergency contacts on every pet profile.

Add family, friends, or anyone you trust. A finder can reach them from your pet profile, and the contacts you choose get a text or email when you mark your pet lost. You decide who is listed and what shows publicly.

Open your pet profile and add emergency contacts by name and phone number.

  2. Choose what shows publicly

Use per-field privacy toggles to decide which contacts the finder sees.

  3. Update anytime

Add, edit, or remove a contact from any device with app.driyu.com.

What you see

A sample preview of where emergency contacts appear inside the Driyu app. The real screen in app.driyu.com reflects the contacts you have added and the privacy toggles you have set.

Why it matters

A pet without identification can be hard to reunite. Emergency contacts give a finder a second and third way to reach your circle if your phone is unreachable.

Privacy note

Emergency contacts are shown to a finder only if you choose to share them, per the per-field privacy toggles. When you mark your pet lost, Driyu sends a text or email to the contacts you turned on — your own family and friends, never an automatic vet, shelter, or social-media network. We do not claim a 24/7 recovery team; if we ever staff one, we will tell you exactly who they are.

Default OffVisibility of any contact field defaults to off until you turn it on.
