Driyu for Shelters and Rescues
Help every adopted pet leave with a safer way home.
Driyu supports shelters and rescues with simple, scan-based pet ID tools that help families create owner-controlled recovery profiles after adoption.

A recovery layer adopters control
Adopted pets leave with a Driyu tag the family activates. Owners choose what to share. Shelters never receive customer data automatically.
How Driyu helps shelters and rescues
Privacy-first by design
Driyu does not replace microchips, shelter records, animal control, or veterinary care. Driyu is a scan-based ID layer adopters activate and control after adoption.
Shelters and rescues do not automatically receive Driyu customer accounts, owner contact details, or adopter pet profiles. Reporting back to the shelter is aggregate and non-identifying by default. If a future resident-sharing flow is added, the adopter chooses what to share.
FAQ
Does Driyu replace microchips or shelter systems?
No. Driyu supports microchips, shelter records, animal control, veterinary care, and existing recovery networks. Driyu is a scan-based pet ID layer that families control after adoption.
Do shelters receive adopters’ personal data through Driyu?
No. Adopters who activate Driyu tags control their own recovery profiles. Driyu does not automatically share owner data with the shelter, and reporting back to the shelter is aggregate and non-identifying by default.
Is core lost-and-found protection free for adopted families?
Yes. Core lost-and-found protection remains free for participating families. Tags can be distributed during adoption or community events at no cost to the family.
Are Driyu tags GPS trackers?
No. Driyu tags are scan-based pet ID tags. They are not GPS trackers and do not guarantee recovery.
Will there be a shelter dashboard or admin tools?
Future shelter and rescue tools may come later, based on feedback from approved partners. There is no shelter dashboard, admin intake, or partner-side data tooling promised today.
How does Driyu help with adoption handoff?
When a family adopts a pet, Driyu helps create a clean owner-controlled recovery path: the new owner activates the tag, sets up the recovery profile, and chooses what they share. The shelter does the hard work of placing the pet; Driyu adds a simple recovery layer the family controls.
Driyu tags are scan-based pet ID tags. They are not GPS trackers and do not guarantee recovery.
