When someone scans your pet's tag, they see your pet's recovery page. You control which contact details appear there: phone, email, city, state, and emergency contacts each have their own privacy setting in your account. Emergency contact information appears only if you've added it, and only if its visibility is on. You can change any of these at any time from your pet's settings.
On the recovery page a finder may see: your pet's name, the contact details you've enabled, and medical alerts if you've added them. That's all that appears.
