Read the profile and use the visible contact options. If the missing-pet notice appears, you can also open the report form.
Camera won’t read it?
Try good light and bring the whole QR into view. You can also enter the printed code on the finder page. It is another route to that tag’s public profile.

An available tag with no linked pet can open activation. If you found someone else’s pet, do not link that tag to your account. Look for another identification or seek local help.

No. The finder doesn't need to install anything. When someone scans your pet's Driyu tag with their phone, the tag opens a web page in their browser — that's the whole experience. No download, no account, no signup. The owner manages the tag from a Driyu account in a browser or app, but the finder never has to.
