Volunteer applications are for individuals. Neighborhood groups, HOAs and organizations have a separate Community Pet Safety program.

Driyu reviews each application at its discretion. Approval is not guaranteed, and volunteer status may be paused or revoked.

There are no assignments, shifts, hours or cases to manage at this time. Driyu does not promise a particular task or volume of work.

Privacy stays personal

Volunteer status does not give access to private owner profiles, contact lists or pet-owner data.

Driyu does not organize, supervise, dispatch or insure on-the-ground search or rescue. It is not an emergency service.

Does Driyu coordinate searches or rescues?

No. Driyu does not organize, supervise, dispatch or insure on-the-ground search or rescue. Any physical activity a volunteer chooses is at their own initiative and risk. This is informational community support, not an emergency service.

Can my organization apply here?

The dedicated volunteer application is for individuals. For an HOA, neighborhood or pet group, explore the Community Pet Safety program. Shelters and rescues have their own program page.

Does applying give me volunteer access?

No. Driyu may approve, reject or request more information. Access requires approval and activation. A submitted application is not a confirmation of acceptance.

What happens after you submit

Driyu reviews your application individually.
We may follow up by email if we need more information before deciding.
If approved, you'll receive a follow-up email at a later date. Driyu does not currently auto-deliver volunteer activation emails — delivery happens manually by Driyu admins until our email integration is enabled.
Approved volunteers see a simple status page in their Driyu account. There are no shifts, hours, cases, or events at this time.
