Question 1

What is a Driyu reseller?

Accepted Answer

An independent business selling pet products with Driyu QR codes. You manage products and sales through your own storefront; Driyu provides the identification and recovery platform.

Question 2

Does Driyu sell products directly?

Accepted Answer

In the reseller program, purchases happen through your store. Driyu provides the QR platform, and approved product listings can link customers to your storefront.

Question 3

How do I become a reseller?

Accepted Answer

Start with reseller onboarding and choose a plan. An active subscription and sufficient remaining quota are required to generate codes from the dashboard.

Question 4

What's included in my subscription?

Accepted Answer

A plan-based monthly QR quota and reseller tools. Product listings are subject to approval; the tools also include promo codes and activation analytics. Physical products are not ordered by subscribing.

Question 5

What plans are available?

Accepted Answer

Starter, Growth and Scale offer different monthly QR limits, with monthly or yearly billing. See the reseller plans for website pricing and review final terms in the app before subscribing.

Question 6

Can I see my customers' pet data?

Accepted Answer

No. Resellers do not receive personal details, medical records, contacts or location history. Analytics are limited and aggregated.

Question 7

How do QR codes work?

Accepted Answer

Generate a batch, download the codes as a ZIP and attach them to your products. The customer scans and activates the code to connect a pet with Driyu. Printing alone does not activate it.

Question 8

Do QR codes expire?

Accepted Answer

Activated codes remain active; monthly quotas govern creation of new codes. Canceling a reseller subscription does not disable already activated customer codes.

Question 9

What happens after a customer activates a QR code?

Accepted Answer

Driyu manages the pet profile and recovery information. Resellers see aggregate activations and trends, not individual names, emails, phone numbers or pet details.

Question 10

Can I list my products on Driyu?

Accepted Answer

Submit a description, images and a store link through the reseller dashboard. Listings require approval before appearing on the Driyu shop.

Question 11

Where do customers actually buy my products?

Accepted Answer

On your Shopify, Etsy, Amazon or other storefront. The Driyu product listing sends customers there for checkout.

Question 12

What are promo codes and how do they work?

Accepted Answer

Partner codes can be shared with customers and tracked in the dashboard. Redemption follows the app’s eligibility checks; generating or printing a QR does not itself redeem a promotion.

Question 13

Can I switch from another provider?

Accepted Answer

Driyu may honor unused credits or a balance from another provider after review. This is considered case by case and is not automatic.

Question 14

Do I own the customer after they buy my product?

Accepted Answer

You keep the direct customer relationship from your sale. After activation, Driyu manages the pet profile, recovery information and platform relationship.

Question 15

What data do I have access to?

Accepted Answer

Aggregate metrics such as total activations, activation rate and usage trends. They do not reveal individual names, emails, phones, pet information or locations.

Question 16

What happens if I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Access continues through the current billing period. After that, you cannot generate new codes. Already activated customer codes keep working.

Question 17

Can I change my plan?

Accepted Answer

The reseller dashboard provides plan and billing management. Review the terms there before upgrading, downgrading or switching between monthly and yearly billing.
