Question 1

What is a Driyu associate?

Accepted Answer

A pet-care professional or business with a verified directory listing, such as a vet, groomer or pet store. Pet owners can discover the business locally, including when looking for help with a lost pet.

Question 2

What do I actually get today?

Accepted Answer

The current focus is a verified directory listing, a claimed-business trust badge and potential visibility in recovery searches. Registration is free. Additional tools are planned, so do not assume they are available yet.

Question 3

How do I join?

Accepted Answer

Find your business in the directory and claim it, or submit a new listing if it is missing. Start from For Professionals or choose “Claim This Business” on an unclaimed listing.

Question 4

What if my business isn't in the directory?

Accepted Answer

Submit its name, category, address and contact details as a new listing. It requires team review before approval.

Question 5

What happens after I submit a claim?

Accepted Answer

Follow the next step shown after submission. If email verification is requested, use the verification link. The team reviews the claim; if approved, an onboarding invitation arrives by email. Open that link and create or sign into your account to complete setup.

Question 6

Is approval instant?

Accepted Answer

No. The team reviews every claim manually before verifying a business.

Question 7

How long does approval take?

Accepted Answer

There is no guaranteed timeline. You receive an email once the claim has been reviewed.

Question 8

Why do I need to verify my email?

Accepted Answer

When requested, verification confirms that you can receive mail at the claim address. It does not approve the business; follow the next step shown in your claim confirmation.

Question 9

Why does my email have to match during onboarding?

Accepted Answer

The email used for the claim must match the Driyu account email. A different email blocks onboarding; use the same address for both steps.

Question 10

What is a trust badge?

Accepted Answer

It signals a real, claimed and verified business. Keep your logo, description and business hours complete so owners can recognize your business.

Question 11

What happens after I am approved?

Accepted Answer

After completing onboarding, the listing is marked claimed, gains a trust badge and you can access the associate dashboard. The business may appear in recovery results.

Question 12

Will this bring me customers?

Accepted Answer

Leads are not guaranteed. Visibility depends on your location, nearby pet owners and adoption of the platform in your area.

Question 13

Can I edit my business listing?

Accepted Answer

Some fields can be updated. Full self-service editing is still being expanded.

Question 14

Where are commissions, client tools, and order management?

Accepted Answer

These tools are planned rather than available. The current focus is directory presence and trust verification.

Question 15

Is there a cost to join?

Accepted Answer

Associate registration is free.

Question 16

I verified my email but nothing happened.

Accepted Answer

Email verification is separate from approval. Your claim still needs team review. Wait for the review email; verification alone does not complete onboarding.

Question 17

My onboarding link doesn't work.

Accepted Answer

Check that you are signed in with the email used for the claim. Links can also expire; contact support for a new one if needed.

Question 18

I signed up but don't see my business dashboard.

Accepted Answer

Check whether your claim was approved, whether your account uses the same email, and whether you completed setup through the invitation in your approval email.
