Frequently asked questions
How long is a trial day?
Often a half-day. Some facilities offer a full-day trial. Confirm.
Will I get a report?
Most facilities provide a verbal or written observation report. Ask for it.
What if my dog doesn’t pass?
Information, not failure. Daycare may not fit; structured walks or in-home care often do.
Can I observe?
Some facilities have viewing windows; some don’t. Ask in advance.
