Anatomy of a complete Driyu pet profile: six sections that matter
A complete pet profile is not flashy. It is a small set of fields, well-filled, that helps the right person in the moment they need it. Six sections cover ninety percent of the value.

Quick answer: Six sections: identity (name, photo, description), medical (microchip, vaccines, allergies, medications), behavior (temperament, finder instructions), records (vet, vaccine summary, recent visits), contact (phone/email/city/state/emergency contacts under your toggles), and household (sharing).
1. Identity
Name, recent photo, and short description (breed type, weight, distinguishing markings). What a finder reads first.
2. Medical (records summary)
Microchip number (renders on the public scan page when populated), vaccine summary (dates and product names; full PDFs live in the Pro Cloud Vault), allergies, current medications, medical alerts (renders on public scan page when populated). Keep tight.
3. Behavior and finder instructions
Temperament notes (shy, social, do not chase, do not pick up), finder instructions (6 short lines), urgent handling notes (diabetic; needs medication at 6 PM).
4. Records (full history)
Recent vet visits, weight log, dental cleaning dates, surgical history. Sitters and the next vet often want this; the public scan page does not show it.
5. Contact (under your toggles)
Phone, email, city, state, emergency contacts. Each governed by an owner-controlled toggle. All five default to on. Home address never appears on the public scan page.
6. Household (sharing)
Who else can manage this profile. Owner-mediated; Driyu does not auto-share with named providers.
How Driyu fits
Six tight sections. The public scan page shows a curated subset. The full record travels with the pet to any vet, sitter, or boarder you choose to share with.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to fill in every field on day one?
No. Identity, medical (at least microchip + alerts), and contact are high-value. Behavior and records can fill in over the first month.
What if I do not have a vaccine summary handy?
Add dates you know; request the rest from your vet’s portal or office.
Can I add multiple emergency contacts?
Yes. Most owners add 2 to 3. Their visibility is governed by the emergency-contacts toggle.
Does every section appear on the public scan page?
No. Identity, medical alerts, microchip (when populated), and toggled-on contact fields. Records and household sharing details are private.
